Focusing on the fields of non-apparel textiles and paper pulp, we handle all activities from development of product materials through product planning, processing, sales, and distribution.

Functional materials

The Industrial Material Group has a global network covering everything from planning and development through supply of industrial materials, focus on textiles. Leave it to us for everything from research to solutions.

Paper and Hygiene materials

The Pulp/Paper & CE Group mainly handles pulp, a raw material used to produce paper. We procure materials through optimal logistics based on selecting eco-friendly supply routes.

Mobility Materials

The Mobility Material SBU delivers solutions for challenges related to vehicle interior materials. We supply textile-related materials for vehicle interior use, mainly on nonwoven fabrics and synthetic leather to customers in Japan and worldwide.

FC ECO Business Division

Direct Methanol Fuel Cell

We manufacture and sell compact, lightweight, easy-to-handle methanol-fueled generators with specifications that meet customer needs. They are widely used in areas without grid power and as temporary power sources.

Doppler Lidar

We also handle wind observation equipment for use in environmental assessment of wind-power generations. We can also offer a set of fuel cells.
